Accommodation

Should you wish to lodge in a hotel not far from the venue we could recommend:

• Hotel Les Tourelles (3 stars, 15-20 minutes walking distance from the Institute, 5 minutes by bus, http://www.lestourelles.be).
• The White Hotel (3 stars, 15-20 minutes by bus from the Institute, close to the city center, Louise area, http://www.thewhitehotel.be). The White Hotel offers a special arrangement for the participants to the workshop: 115 EUR/night, 105 EUR/night or 95 EUR/night if one, two or three nights are booked. The deadline for booking at White Hotel is May 25th, please contact sophie@thewhitehotel.be in order to make a reservation. A credit card number will be required to secure the reservation. In case this is not possible please contact the organizers.
